What is your refund policy?
If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your item(s) for a refund or exchange within 15 days of the original purchase date. Refunds for items returned within 30 days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Used merchandise can not be returned for credit or refund. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless we have mistakenly shipped you the wrong product or there is damage during shipping.
What merchandise arrives damaged or defective?
If your merchandise arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service department within five (5) business days, send an email to email@example.com. Keep all packing materials and merchandise in the original box for UPS inspection.
